Today, a telephone call told me that a $100 bill used had another one stuck to it. The company called and wanted me to know that they wanted to return it, and were sorry they did not notice it right away! Doing their accounting, they discovered the discrepancy and researched who had purchased a battery with cash and wanted to inform me right away.
I have always been impressed with the courtesy, friendliness, and helpfulness of the people at Batteries Plus; however, this honest gesture also deserves attention to their integrity.
