President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has assured investors in Nigeria's mining sector of a good business environment. Tinubu, represented by Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator George Akume, disclosed this at Abuja's 8th edition of the Nigeria Mining Week organised by Africa Finance Corporation and Solid Minerals Development Fund.

Speaking on the theme: 'Capitalising on Nigeria's critical mineral resources for its economic growth, ' harped on the mining industry's potential.

' In his remarks, Minister of Solid Minerals Development, Oladele Alake, said the ministry has commenced a new direction by articulating a seven-point transformation agenda, which focuses on establishing the national mining company. Alake said: 'The mining industry is undergoing a technological revolution, and Nigeria is not left behind in embracing these innovations.
