The Federal Government has launched a new Monitoring and Evaluation Reporting Template for stakeholders of the oil and gas industry in Nigeria.

NCDMB, in a statement on on Thursday said this is in line with the provisions of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act 2010 and the Nigerian Content 10-Year Strategic Roadmap. The General Manager , Upstream Monitoring, NCDMB, Engr. Jefferson Tuatongha, outlined the workshop’s objectives, which included addressing reporting challenges, introducing new templates and preparing for automation.

The Complaints & Investigation, Monitoring and Evaluation, NCDMB, Ms. Alexis Emelle, Manager, said that the goal of enhancing the MED reporting template is to facilitate automation and real-time reporting on the NOGICJQS platform. Other discussions at the workshop centered around project reporting templates designed to capture work packages, facility operation and maintenance reporting templates, expatriate quota and succession plan reporting templates, legal, insurance and financial reporting templates and materials procurement templates.

The Lagos state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, in company of his deputy, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, formally commissioned the Yaba overpass bridge on Thursday.The Federal Government has launched a new Monitoring and Evaluation Reporting Template for stakeholders of the oil and gas industry in Nigeria.
