MELAKA: The floating market at Phase Two of the Melaka River is expected to commence operations in June, once all 30 sampans provided have vendors.
"We are still open to business opportunities as there are 20 vacancies available. The vendors can sell any form of food and beverage, or other products. She added that several final touches are still underway including lighting around the Melaka River, particularly at the sampan sites. Furthermore, Khairunnisa mentioned that the Windmill Pink Market, featuring 100 tents within the floating market area, has commenced operations, offering a variety of food and beverages as well as children's activities.
