Martin's Country Market burned down in February. Owners have listed the property for sale or lease.

is listed for sale or lease, with the sale price set at $9.85 million, according to a listing posted on the website of U.S. Commercial Realty.

Martin’s Grocery Store was founded in 1932 and employed 120 people before the fire destroyed it. The building on West Main Street was completed in 1983. The lease price is listed as “$10.00/SF/Year NNN” for in-place buildings. “NNN” means “net net net” and is often called a triple net lease meaning the tenant pays the rent plus expenses such as property insurance, property taxes and maintenance. The listing says the owners will consider all or partial sale or lease of the property
