Of course, they should have cared for them, but you have to get the big dogs, the ones that are profiting.” 12th and Jackson, and other drug hot spots, have proven to be a stubborn issue for Seattle city leaders. “It focuses on specific areas in the city where there is known, established drug-related activity," Davison said.
