The chief information officers of companies led by businessman Manuel Pangilinan formed a strategic alliance to accelerate data and artificial intelligence capabilities across the group.
“My challenge to you is not simply to handle data wisely and responsibly, but to leverage it to respond to the most pressing needs of our customers and our country. Don’t be afraid to use data to help our people,” said Pangilinan, who also sits as Kayana chief executive, addressing his group’s CIOs. They discussed strategic alignment around data and AI, identifying concerns and challenges and ways to synergize across the organization, by leveraging cutting-edge technology to create value and growth.
