Over the past 24 months, the company's buses have been involved in six crashes, not including Thursday's crash in Chili. Data from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration shows the company has 37 hours of service compliance violations. The federal site shows there are "no acute or critical violations" for the company prior to Thursday. The data only goes up to Wednesday, Nov. 6.
