Members of the Coho Commissary, which runs a shared commercial kitchen space in the public market, say they were given one month’s notice that the commissary was ending its lease at 1701 Douglas St., leaving vendors scrambling to respond – including Cafe Malabar, an Indian restaurant that was recently named, Cafe Malabar said it was grateful for the support of the community and that it plans to reopen elsewhere next year.
