Canada Lands Company Secures Approval for Phase One of Arbo at Downsview Development

CANADA LANDS COMPANY — Arbo at Downsview will be a transit-oriented community that will provide a mix of housing. It will include an existing, natural heritage woodlot and a new ecological park.

The greenlight implements the layout and property boundaries of the Arbo District Plan, which Canada Lands has been working on since 2019, states a release. “With this approval in place, Canada Lands Company will be one step closer to receiving all necessary municipal approvals to be able to sell or lease the development lands to builders who can bring this project to life,” the release reads.
