A rapidly expanding FinTech company in Johannesburg is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join its team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement cutting-edge software solutions. Responsibilities include developing new software products, maintaining and enhancing existing products, and assisting with all aspects of software coding and design. The primary focus will be on learning the codebase, gathering user data, and responding to requests from Senior Developers/CTO.

Applicants must possess a BSc. Honours Degree in Computer Science/Engineering from an accredited university (top 10% of class preferred) and have approximately 2 years of experience in a similar role. Familiarity with technologies such as C#, C++, Python, Java, and Kotlin is essential. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovation
