The draft control of tobacco products and electronic delivery systems bill won't reduce cigarette sales or smoking-related harm in the country. That's according to tobacco company Philip Morris South Africa. The bill is expected to regulate the use, marketing and sales of tobacco products and e-cigarettes in the country.
