European stocks are set to open fractionally lower on Tuesday as global investors remain attuned to the policy direction of the U.S. Federal Reserve and the start of earnings season

LONDON — European stocks are set to open fractionally lower on Tuesday as global investors remain attuned to the policy direction of the U.S. Federal Reserve and the start of corporate earnings season.
