The builders are the scammers, contract timeframes and terms mean nothing in this covid world. The poor homeowner is powerless and held to ransom unless they have the money for lawyers. The dispute process is useless. How about a story on the shonky building industry.

Any thought to researching the governments regulations (or lack thereof) in preventing such practices? Instead, you interview a law enforcer? How about the law makers?
