TA Realty has purchased the MacArthur Business Park in Lewisville from Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments.A Boston-based investor that’s recently made several property purchases in North Texas has acquired a Lewisville business park.The 152,210-square-foot industrial development is on State Highway 121, west of Interstate 35E.
The developer just leased its new 114,400-square-foot Air Commerce Logistics Center in North Fort Worth to Spec’s Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods. Dallas-Fort Worth is the country’s fastest-growing industrial building market with about 70 million square feet in development.
