Patagonia is giving its employees paid time off on Election Day -- a custom since 2016.

Kristy Lewis, founder of Quinn, a Boulder-based natural foods company, described her team as “fully committed to making sure our employees have the flexibility and time off” to vote.

Other Front Range businesses involved include outdoor recreation products company The North Face, fly fishing shop Rocky Mountain Anglers, beverage company Rowdy Mermaid Kombucha, law firm Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell LLP, Cañon City’s Royal Gorge Anglers and Next PR public relations firm in Colorado Springs.

Good go vote red!

Clearly the lackeys at the DenverCompost want comp ski tickets

they aren't 'granting' sht. CO law requires employers provide 2 hours paid time off to vote.

It's nice these companies do this, but since Colorado is an all-mail-ballot state (with TONS of secure drop-boxes all over the place, plus 'manned' drop-off locations), there's really no reason for people to wait until Election Day to vote -- although that option also exists.
