PulteGroup community in St. Johns County opens for sales

PulteGroup recently announced that sales are underway at Rolling Hills in St. Johns County.“After hosting a successful VIP sales event, we are pleased to open for sales at Rolling Hills,” said Tony Nason, president of PulteGroup’s Northeast Florida Division, in a release. “Homeowners will enjoy living minutes from downtown St. Augustine, beautiful beaches and A-rated schools with convenient proximity to I-95.

Rolling Hills offers 50-foot homesites and seven home designs, ranging in size from 1,590 square feet to 3,266 square feet. Home plans include three to five bedrooms. Rolling Hills has no CDD fees.
