Emmerdale favourite Louise Jameson has discussed the ageism she has faced in the TV industry in recent years.

They don't even give the character a name sometimes.”For a recent role, the team on the unnamed TV production cast her as infirm citing the acting star’s grey hair. Louise explained: "They went 'Oh, you have white hair now. We'll put a zimmer frame in the corner of the room.
