Lenders of a bridging loan to Altada were told a sale of the company was imminent and could “comfortably achieve” $160 million, according to a new affidavit filed in the High Court

.

Alan Bruce, one of four people who advanced the €500,000 emergency loan to the troubled technology company last September, said he was told of the sale prior to deciding to provide the financing.
