BioEnterprise Inc., an incubator for businesses in the biotech and healthcare industry, will cease operations and turn over its assets to its founders: Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals.

Together, Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital and Case Western will take over operations of the organization they launched together more than 20 years ago.
