The 'boutique' fertilizer operation owner wants to move his company from Canal Winchester to the South Side.

Jordan said he runs a safe business, called Winchester Gardens. It employs five people, including Jordan.He said the ingredients he uses to make his fertilizer are safe, and he uses no explosive nitrates.

Jordan said he wants to move the business so it's in a more central location, and because it's closer to his Upper Arlington home. Kathy Green, a co-chair of the zoning committee of the Columbus South Side Area Commission, toured the Canal Winchester location. She knows South Side residents are concerned about dust among other things.
