'Australia is lagging in terms of electric vehicle take-up' - good! That means our 'take-up' is based on common sense and not some imaginary hyped up FOMO race.

So many people are impatient, a people of impulse.

Except fast charging kills battery life and your left with a car that prematurely has no resale value. Proposing to fix the problem of EV tech not being ready by creating a further high cost to the consumer and the environment, is not a solution - only big profit for EV makers🤑

Better start charging Road Tax for electric cars so they can pay their way.

VW copped a 25 billion omissions fine after they invented a 200 mile water carburetor. So electric cars could use free energy from the atmosphere. Why do they always prevent us from using available resources.

I believe the Libs are planning to introduce coal powered charging stations.

one would expect fuel stations to be in for this. customers recharging or refueling are customers for in store purchases.

not with this government. now if those cars ran on coal they would be in. who can afford one in australia anyway. they are expensive AF
