The producers meet in mid-April to review their oil supply cut agreement, which is scheduled to last through the first half of 2019.
This trade negotiation sounds like the usual Trump deal. Cause a lot of acrimony. Eventually, after much pain, go back to where you started and both sides claim a tremendous victory. Meanwhile, the deficit explodes and the ports are clogged.
