PayPal, the multinational fintech online payments company, has instructed letting agent Knight Frank to sublease or assign its leasehold interest in Building A at the Xerox Technology Park, Dundalk, Co Louth for in excess of €2 million.
The building, originally designed as a warehouse, was converted to office use at significant cost to the current occupier. Today it provides approximately 13,610 square metres of modern office space complete with a data centre and extensive parking.
