IT Business Analyst - IT-Online

Our client is a dynamic and ambitious family owned and run export trading business based in Durban. They have been in existence for the last 50 years with a third generation in place. We specialize in the export of FMCG’s, fruit and vegetables, meat, wines and building materials to over 45 countries throughout the world. We have subsidiary businesses in both the Seychelles and Mauritius.

Lead Design-Thinking and White-Boarding sessions with project stakeholders to develop detailed customer journeys and prototypes through Problem Definition. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, adoption, training, and monitoring of proposed solutions. Act as a liaison between the development team and business units to understand and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Work closely with the team leads to prioritize and refine the product backlog and sprint planning.
