The western portion of the bridge, connecting the Wormleysburg/Lemoyne area in Cumberland County to City Island, will be open to emergency vehicles only.
Drivers on the west shore should proceed north on Front Street and turn left on Elm Street to North Second Street, then cross the Harvey Taylor Bridge before turning right onto Front Street to Market Street.
