Challenge the business in their thinking, especially to understand the intent of the business requirement. Facilitate user story sessions to extract requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases with multiple stakeholders by setting up and facilitating workshops in person or Client preferred online platforms, such as Teams, to extract information.Map customer journeys into Features, User stories, and Sprint tasks.Understand the technical landscape for effective test planning.Work with the vendors on change management activities.
A strong background in test planning, execution, issue resolution, and report generation, ensuring compliance with business requirements and delivering high-quality results.Relevant tertiary qualification or relevant 10 years experience.Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
