What should be a straightforward process of hiring a car while on holiday remains – for many customers – a bear pit

We have been reporting on car hire problems for years, and it’s clearly an industry that remains in fundamental need of reform. Last year we launched a campaign to try and achieve just that – and we have had a significant success.
