Moroadi Cholota who is former PA of then Free State premier, Ace Magashule is facing charges of fraud, corruption, money laundering. She’s amongst the 17 accused in the 255 million rands asbestos case.The former personal assistant of the former Free State premier Ace Magashule will be back in the Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.
37-year-old Moroadi Cholota made her first court appearance this morning and the matter was postponed. She was extradited from the US on Thursday last week. Cholota, an initial key state witness is now accused number 17 in the multi-million rand asbestos roof removal case. The accused in the matter also includes former Free State Premier Ace Magashule, 17 others and companies facing charges of corruption and money laundering among others.
