The back of his building is on 23rd and he's concerned the recent cleanup of an encampment on Martin Luther King Jr. Way and West Grand may have pushed more people his way.'We're compassionate.

Brian could see the fire damage, and other things, from his office window.'They don't look up, they just continue to do what they do,' said Brian, looking out his window. 'Which includes all sorts of nefarious things.'CBS News Bay Area saw what appeared to be a drug deal while speaking with Brian.'I tend to consider this not so much a homeless encampment but a tolerated crime scene, people aren't really sleeping here at night,' said Brian.
