: An employee of an investment company pleaded not guilty in the Sessions Court here today to a charge of dishonest misappropriation of the company’s fund amounting to RM400,000, two weeks ago.
The offence was allegedly committed at a premises in Menara MBMR, Brickfields here between Oct 2 and 3 this year. In the same court, a restaurant employee pleaded not guilty to concealing nearly RM RM200,000 belonging to a retiree five months ago.
