Two years on from Netflix's hugely-successful Bank of Dave a sequel is set to hit TV screens this week.
LancsLive was given exclusive access to a screening ahead of the film's release and viewers aren't going to be disappointed. The sequel has everything from heartbreak to comedy and even a love story. "Because that was the next mission he took on after opening the bank – he was really passionate about these payday lenders and genuinely got heavily involved in shutting them down. It stems from him saying, 'I think this is a story that needs to be told.'
"They allowed us to change some of the décor and even paint it because I wanted a warm palette throughout the film... to represent the warmth of the people in Burnley."
