Suggestion for Asia: why not more internal market growth, including fast enough to buy more goods and services from America?

The problem is manufacturing of products which do not qualify quality levels. The same Idli available for Rs 5 on footpath costs Rs 250 in 5 star hotel. They have to raise the quality level for any product to 5 star level to export & earn, in turn make the currency strong. Simple
