“All five vendors will not be allowed to sell pending investigation, but their stalls will remain and will not be awarded to someone else just yet ,” he said.Cebu City Mayor Edgardo Labella ordered an investigation on these vendors after reports that they alleged sold their assigned stalls to private individuals for P15, 000 to P20, 000 per months reached his office.

Gealon said that their investigation will also look into the possible involvement of some City Hall employees in the sales of night market stalls.
