Zoom CEO Eric Yuan attends the opening bell at Nasdaq as his company holds its IPO, Thursday, April 18, 2019, in New York. The videoconferencing company is headquartered in San Jose, Calif. Well human beings crave connection. Many people enjoy collegiality and friendship with co-workers.

MS Teams. Never heard of Zoom.

This won’t be the way of the future. This guy has been eating too many bats.

No, in-person interaction will always be superior in terms of the quality of communication. Zoom may be a substitute for in-person interactions in extreme circumstances, but once the need for physical distancing ceases, people will throw themselves at one another

I don't work from home but everyone I know that does has said they ain't ever going back to the office if they don't have to.

His company hopes so

Ok but can you stop selling data to Facebook

My company always offered occasional work from home. I took advantage of it as often as possible as I'm more productive when wfh. For past 2 weeks we are all wfh. As we have all done it in the past, it wasn't a big adjustment but it did help to alleviate the stress of going out.

I dont think so. Majority of Csuite guys in Canada r 60+ & come with a mindset that employees work only when they are infront of u. Also control and distrust is a huge drive in their everyday decisions. As soon as thos is over, zoom will take a backseat and subways will be full.

if your shopping at a lumber/hardware store please no browsing folks come get what you need and leave, also no families or groups, 1 person per family, group or company. it's not business as usual!

There is no reason why work from home needs to compromise our privacy, though. Zoom has reprehensible privacy policies
