It has been a challenging few months for Bella Edwards, with her Hobart restaurant hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic, but as of today, Bella and her staff can get back to 'serving the people who love to eat with us', as restrictions on a number of activities lift.

From 3:00pm today Tasmania will move into the second stage of its coronavirus recovery plan

Her restaurant in Salamanca is one of several Tasmanian businesses that were hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic. With a limited number of bookings already snapped up by eager diners, Ms Edwards says her and her staff are looking forward to reconnecting with customers this weekend. Up to 40 people will be allowed to visit pubs and bars, and patrons can order drinks without ordering food so long as they are seated.
