.

"We'll see in 2021, and 2022 continuing challenges in terms of the global recession and international mobility," he told the Committee for Sydney's web event, predicting a "five year or more" recovery period. "In 2018, we had 152,000 international students in NSW," Professor Wellings said. Why don’t the VC show some leadership & educate their own citizens then ?

we should voice our concerns but we still gotta eat right. Australia & China will be friends again soon

Oh well, downsize.

Everyone take a knee to Chinese Communist Party!

Time to diversify the economy unstead relying on international students, tourists, digging stuff and selling houses to each other. This economy is as simple as Uganda and over reliant to China; it's not even funny. Depression could tear this society apart.

Kowtow to Chinese Communist Party?

Maybe - and this is a radical idea - they can focus on local students and improving the quality of the education they provide instead of getting drunk on foreign cash and planning their next fancy library or rebuild or sculpture or whatever.

So Australians might get a better opportunity?

What a goose that Michael Spence is 😂

But vice-chancellors will still make more than one million bucks a year

Well we asked for it and we got it! Australia told them to go home and they are staying home or going elsewhere! some time you do get what you wished for
