Hell to pay.

This security company ?

Really just exactly how much training is required to understand no contact with possibly infected quarantined people and definitely no fucking them!!!

common sense ..stop the international traveller including the stupid Aussies who have not returned home and still roaming the world like fools.

Anyone can write a contract full of clauses but if you sign it and just stick your head in the sand why bother?

What a stupid contract in the middle of a pandemic. The onus should be on the government not a private company to provide training and ppe.

Does this mean there could be a case for class actions against the security companies for failing to train & hence enabling the spread of the virus? Legal work for years to come.

Think they went to the reproduction course in error.

If it truly is major issue, then HOW THE F*** can a security company be in charge of outbreak management? Have they done it before? OR was the company just too greedy? And what was Victoria's health department doing? Sleeping and laying eggs? Idiots! Just STOP the LIES!

They need to get themselves organised first,

Looks like KPIs, commercial-in-confidence, private sector quality all round.

Surely these people being hired know it's wrong to have sex with hotel guests in quarantine

What could possibly go wrong!! Hey we need 40 guards at 0600 tomorrow and we need to train them and on the floors by 0605. That will work right?

The hint that something might go wrong was in the rule of the role “Security Guards”. They are not health professionals and should not be expected or allowed to be more than that. Health Dept should do better.

But did anyone CHECK that they were meeting their contractual obligations? Supervision is the key to successful contracts and projects. You can't award a contract and HOPE everything will be ok. That's just incompetence. vicpol auspol
