Boo!!! Removing items associated with slavery will not erase slavery.

Why?. It should be on the national list of monuments!. Forever show their shame!.

Why aren't they tearing it down. BlackLivesMatter

Let the peacefulls burn it down! Justified!

Removing history. I’ve never seen this thing in real life but we have this stuff up for a reason, ya know. Like your walking down the street and your kid is like, “what’s that?” And your like, “That’s when white people used to think they were better than black people.” History.

That's right. Erase Democrat Party's past

Why ? Is that not supposed to be a historical reference point

Yet the Dems put an actual descendent of slave owners on the ticket! Bravo!👏👏👏👏

You can say the labor market

Why? Make it a tourist attraction to educate people. As painful a reminder it might be, we need to maintain such sites to make sure people remember what happened. Otherwise we’ll just end up with slavery deniers down the road.

Still silent, cnn?

Just decided...🤔🙄

Чтобы воняло меньше...нормально...

Fine, they have to.

They should just put whatever racists are still alive down there inside the square and then set it on fire.

If they had treated it like Auschwitz and made it a somber experience to visit it... but that looks like a bandstand at a meeting point in town everyone knows ... If Auschwitz was a shopping mall ...same history but you goto see it and theres no indications just loads of shops

Democrats erasing their horrid history. The Auschwitz concentration camp does not still exist in Poland to honor the lives of the Nazi that slaughtered untold numbers of filthy Juden there.
