Strike 2 - Third strike and it passes into legislation unmodified. Send it back un modified. The lords is just displaying how out of touch it is with the Public. Who will be unsympathetic if the Government want to overhaul & reform the 2nd chamber. - Tick tock - your time is up.

This is happening because of the SNP agenda at separatism. If devolved governments could be trusted to consider the entire country I doubt the government would be acting as it is. This is simply stop the SNP stymieing the process to try and manoeuvre itself into a position.
