Four customers described inappropriate or unprofessional behavior among Powerhome installers, and three of those said that crews left behind a mess on their property. Hebert, who claims her panels weren't working when they were installed in April, is among six customers who said Powerhome is unresponsive and doesn't act quickly to fix problems. Hebert said the company knew the panels weren't working in April, but didn't fix them until August. Powerhome reimbursed her for three months of loan payments, she said.
