Walt Disney Co. CEO Bob Chapek on Tuesday addressed the firing of Gina Carano from the Disney+ show. The executive was asked about the situation during an annual shareholders' meeting.
Asked by a caller during the Q&A portion if Disney had a"black list," insinuating Carano, by name, was targeted for her conservative politics, Chapek responded that he does not see Disney as"left-leaning or right-leaning" and that Disney stands “for values that are universal: Values of respect, values of decency, values of integrity and values of inclusion. And we seek to have the content that we make reflective of the rich diversity of the world we live in.
But Disney and DisneyStudios has no problem with a guy who wanted to put kids in a wood chipper.

Every company has a code of ethics and values ... and Disney is known to be conservative in that sense .Plus she was advised against such posts earlier .She didn’t pay heed to that and they fired her.This could happen in any organisation. It’s quite simple really
