Voting rights activist and former Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams this week urged critics not to boycott Georgia's major companies yet over their failure to oppose the election law. Instead, she said companies should have a chance to publicly oppose the law and support federal election legislation before getting met with a boycott.

"The companies that stood silently by or gave mealy-mouthed responses during the debate were wrong," AbramsTexas election bills face scrutinyare beginning to face scrutiny, particularly in Texas. When pressuring companies to speak up, Merck's Frazier contended Georgia is "the leading edge of a movement all around this country to restrict voting access."

I would like to express a fact as a black man. If having to identify yourself in order to vote is racist then the people should be boycotting more companies. Without ID requirements then people could go vote for their pets and like children. The idea y'all are promoting is dumb

Let’s be honest, not a single person has held the Democrats in their voting jurisdictions for 10 hour lines. Let’s pass the blame....

Go a head vote. Absolutely no one or nothing is stopping you

As they should. There’s right and there’s wrong. Choose wisely. For the insipid, voter suppression is WRONG.

Get an ID

You can vote, just show ID like the rest of us. Stop the self-victimizing!

If you have to show an ID to buy a beer, you can show an ID to vote. These new laws do nothing to suppress the vote. Don't fall for the false narrative. Get educated.

Election integrity is more important then your feelings.

The lady with the sign, she's a citizen I take it......then what's the f$ ing problem? Go vote!!

Get a message to these companies..... Customers don't give a damn about a company taking sides. Successful companies stay out of politics.

US Corporations need to keep their mouths shut. Taking a stance would presume that all of their employees feel the same way about an issue or policy - which would not be the case. Stay out of politics corporate America. Do not speak for your employees. There is no upside.

Leftist propaganda

POTUS lies openly and fact checks confirm lies and misinformation, but liberal elitist media scares companies into denying Georgia right to confirm and enforce current laws. MLBboycott FakeNews ImpeachBiden DemocratsAreDestroyingAmerica

It's racist to assume one whole of people is too dumb or shiftless to go out and get an ID to vote. The reason they hate this law is because they can't scam. Pure and simple lying pieces of shit

Nike uses slave labor in China.....is there a boycott? Apple is in bed with China as well. Boycott? MLB /NBA embraces oppressive regimes...boycott?

Corporations can’t hide anymore. If you can’t support the rights of every American, regardless of race, class, or anything else to vote and know the results can’t be changed by politicians, let it be known.

Good - they’ll lose!

Fake voting rights changes

Voter rights? That's such fckn crap. Illegal votes infringe on the rights of legal votes. So sick of this leftist bullshit. We have bigger numbers, get um

Delta and Coke yes

No one is preventing anyone from voting. The left is willfully misrepresenting the narrative (again). Read the voting act bill and then decide. Be educated and well informed before you throw a temper tantrum.

Can we use our vaccination ID when we vote?

👽👀

Those people actually can vote as long as they have US citizenship. What is the problem here?

🇺🇸🤠🇺🇸

Only one side. The other side wants to make it harder to vote.

So when is Tyler Perry pulling his multi billion dollar movie industry out of Atlanta Answer: NEVER

True. There’s the side that says “democracy works best when more people vote.” vs. The side that says “we think our best chance of retaining power is to limit the number of people in certain neighborhoods who can vote.” Great job, mlb! gapol

“voTeR sUpPreSsIoN” “rAciStS”

An easy choice. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Oh yes let's boycott Microsoft and Google because there's plenty of others that do what they do

I wish we could go back to a time when companies/sports didn't 'take a stand' on any political issues. They should be going out of their way to NOT comment on political issues.

Show Id and you can vote morons

It’s nice to see people support voter fraud and sham elections

The ignorance and Democratic corrupt agenda here is amazing. Read and educate yourself.

nice

Democratic want one party rule. And mainstream media is helping them to fulfill that goal. There is no free medias in the u.s.

The year is 2022...every company has been boycotted by one half of Americans or the other.

If you stand with the right to vote, you cannot lose.
