Staff shortages threaten Welsh hospitality industry

The trade body that represents businesses from hotels to fish and chip shops, UKHospitality Cymru, said the crisis threatens Wales' economic recovery.

Shitty hours for shitty pay...

Pay them what they’re worth then, it’s been on the horizon for a while. 0 hr contracts, appalling working conditions, hours and terms for chefs compared to other accredited skilled labour. Not to mention the over saturation of chains who make the most of those terms.

6million on uni credit,through unemployment or under employed up wages fill the jobs ,pretty simple really, or close down.
