Lawyers for President Cyril Ramaphosa have argued that it is lawful to suspend Public Protector advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane from office.

This as Mkhwebane challenges President Ramaphosa’s intention to suspend her, pending the Parliamentary impeachment process against her.between the Public Protector and Parliament.

Legal representative for the office of the Presidency, Karisha Pillay says the extent to which the President must withdraw from the process must be thoroughly ventilated. The Public Protector has maintained that she is being victimised as President Ramaphosa is conflicted in the matter following investigations against him.

I have it on good authority that suspension is coming no interdiction will be granted, wished the PP advocates had presented better arguments

Can they get rid of this lady, please! How long are they going to waste our time and resources doing this back and forth!

How can you suspend some one who are investigating you

This Cyril was parachuted from nowhere to become a president without any sort of experience in governing except for a brief exposure in ceremonial duties /cutting ribbons. He has no clue of what he is doing.

The last time i checked the office of the Public Protector is an independent institution but President Ramaphosa is interfering with it. State capture?

Who Suspend him because he is a big failure, Cereal is the real Problem

Fantastic! Please Mr President suspend Mkhwebane today!!

Well, how is that news? What did yoh expect them to say?
