In June, 70 companies in the U.K. with over 3,300 employees embarked on a pilot program that includes training, mentorship, data collection and networking, O’Connor said.

We switched to 4 day week at my business during covid, never went back. Work 4 10hr days now instead of 5 8's. Best move we ever made.
