David Butler’s Broadway Gaming to target North America after acquiring a business three times its current size

Broadway Gaming, a Dublin-headquartered company that owns several popular gambling brands and websites, has completed a deal to acquire the bingo business of London-listed 888 Holdings in a $45.25 million transaction.
