More over 'quiet quitting.' Quick quitting is now a thing.

As the turnover tsunami continues, many workers are heading for the exits shortly after getting their foot in the door.

Workers ages 35 to 44 years fell from 4.9 years in 2020 to 4.7 years in 2022. Workers ages 25 to 34 years stayed at a job just 2.8 years before moving on in 2022.
