The former site of one of Primark's Belfast locations is back on the market after the opening of the new flagship store.

It has been home to Primark's kids and men for the last four years following the Bank Buildings fire in 2018.The fully renovated flagship store on Royal Avenue welcomed back customers for the first time in four years on November 1. Primark announced that the opening of the Bank Buildings location would result in the closure of its unit in Fountain House.

"We are already pleased by the level of interest which has been stirred by the recent announcement of the planned reopening of Primark's Bank Buildings. This activity together with other key retailers opening in the city centre as well as Ulster University opening its eagerly awaited city centre campus is a huge boost to Belfast City Centre and its economic outlook."
