Nineteen-year-old Princess Mariel Baltazar received her crown as Miss Business Global Philippines in an intimate ceremony held at Pandan Asian Café in Quezon City on Nov. 28 from Ovette Ricalde, one of the global tilt’s national directors in the country.Ricalde clarified that a country may send three representatives to the international competition. The other national director, Shandy Montecarlo, already chose one of the Philippines’ delegates, while he has two, Baltazar being one of them.
